When will my order be shipped?

Since we ship worldwide from different distribution centers depending on your location, shipping times will vary. We will ship and get the product to you as quickly as possible. For specific delivery times, please refer to DELIVER & SHIPPING

How do I cancel my order?

We can only cancel an order within the first 24 hours after the order is placed. After that, the order is likely to have been processed and is being prepared for shipment or has been shipped. Once shipped, we are no longer authorized to process it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on fast service, which includes shipping as quickly as possible.

Cancellations are not accepted after a custom jersey order is placed.

Is your product original?

Remember that all of our products are premium products, made with the exact same materials and stitching as retail products. We pay unprecedented attention to the feel and look of each item, even with all the tags attached.

What currency will I pay in?

We process all orders in US dollars.

Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

Yes, all customers receive an order number after placing an order. If you still don't see it, please check your spam folder

What is our return policy?

If the product you purchased is not defective, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item, and the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
