In this article, "I" or "we" refers to "TOPYOUD".
We mainly use USPS or DHL, Epack, International Mail and other carriers to transport packages. The shipping method will be automatically assigned to the carrier according to the delivery address system.
After placing an order, it takes 3-5 working days for us to process your order. If you purchase a customized product, it takes 15-20 working days to complete the order.
After the order is sorted, the logistics will send your package, and you can check the logistics number received in the email.
You can click TRACKING ORDER in the header or footer of the page and enter your logistics code or order and email information to check the progress of the order.
You can contact our customer service through the web page to check the delivery progress of the order.
Standard delivery is free - For most countries, your order will take 10-30 working days to arrive, otherwise, please refer to the following for more detailed estimated delivery time.
Expedited delivery - Your order will take 7-15 working days to arrive. (Prices vary by country, please check prices at checkout)
Packages can be delivered to most parts of the world, but a few countries cannot be delivered due to special reasons, please understand.
There may be some restrictions, such as: weather, holidays, etc. The timeliness of logistics cannot be guaranteed.

Is there any delivery guarantee?
Yes. If 60 days have passed and there is no update to the tracking information provided, please send an email to TOPYOUDCustomerService@outlook.com,
and include your order number. We will replace the item or refund the full amount.
Enter your delivery address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is entered. Your item will be sent to the exact delivery address indicated on your order. If your order is not delivered due to an incorrect address, we regret that we cannot refund the money.
Secondary delivery
If your package is not collected in time and is returned, we can arrange a re-delivery service for you. Re-delivery of the package will incur shipping costs. Contact our customer service email with your order number and pay the shipping fee to arrange it for you.
Please note that not all regions support secondary delivery of packages. This is determined by the logistics carrier.
Please pay attention to the movement of the package and pick up the package in time.
After you place an order, we will process it immediately in the inventory. The order can be modified within 24-48 hours. We cannot make any changes to your order after 48 hours.
